Cerebral had a really annoying experience for me, hence I would not suggest it to anyone. They charged me monthly fees without authorization even after I canceled my subscription, and it has almost been difficult to get the costs back-off. The appointments themselves were not better; I felt as though the personnel hardly gave my issues any thought and there was little direction. I registered expecting for appropriate mental health care, but instead I encountered contemptuous and useless answers. To further matters, they do not even provide the medicine I require—not obvious until after I registered. The whole procedure seemed like a time and money waster. Cerebral has to greatly enhance its customer service and offerings.
