Cerebral Charged Me for a Session Even Though They Couldn’t Treat My Symptoms

With hopes that Cerebral would be a useful and reasonably priced way to control my symptoms, I registered there. But on my first visit, the doctor informed me they couldn't address my particular symptoms. The doctor was friendly and sympathetic; she even advised me to seek a refund as it was obvious the service would not satisfy my requirements. When I contacted Cerebral about a refund, however, they flatly denied it, claiming I wasn't entitled as I had already attended a session This makes no sense—how else would I know what they can or cannot cure without first chatting to someone? It comes out as a total lack of openness and compassion. I wouldn't suggest Cerebral to anyone; their customer service and general support have been really poor.
