Century Games Charged Without My Permission — I Demand a Full Refund Now

I am absolutely furious with Century Games. Without my knowledge or consent, they withdrew approximately ₺2,500 from my account for an in-game package I never approved or purchased. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been trying to get help for three days now with zero resolution. I feel like I’ve been scammed by a company I once trusted.
The charge was made through the account linked to ID number 124418573, and I want a full refund immediately. If necessary, I also demand that my account be permanently closed to prevent this from happening again.
I didn’t authorize this payment, and it’s outrageous that I’m the one chasing after support while my money is gone. Century Games, fix this NOW.
