I’m Being Bullied in Century Games Whiteout Survival and Support Still Ignores My Reports

I’ve been playing Whiteout Survival by Century Games for over a year now, but my experience has recently turned into a nightmare. After transferring to a different state during the in-game migration period, I ended up under new leadership. Since then, one particular player has been relentlessly harassing us. This person is using their influence to pressure and intimidate us, trying to push us out of the game entirely.

Despite reporting this toxic behavior multiple times to the server moderators and game support, nothing has been done. The harassment continues, and this aggressive player is still freely causing problems for everyone. It’s clear there’s no accountability or fair play being enforced.

What’s worse is that we’ve spent real money on this game — and now we’re left feeling completely helpless and unheard. I demand that Century Games take immediate action to investigate and stop this unfair, hostile treatment.
