As a regular player of Century Games' Whiteout Survival, I've been purchasing several packages daily. Despite paying ₺699 for the Fast Progress Pack, it hasn't been delivered. When I contacted support, they asked for the transaction number mentioned on the receipt, which I don't have. I make multiple payments to Apple daily, totaling nearly ₺20,000 over seven weeks. Yet, the ₺699 pack remains undelivered. I haven't complained about the others, but this discrepancy is unacceptable. As a player (ID: 5922**17), I expect transparency and prompt resolution.
