FC Mobile Failed to Deliver Rewards from the Starter Pack
My friend purchased the ₺15 starter pack in FC Mobile, but the rewards from the pack were never delivered. The payment was successfully taken from their card, but neither the promised items nor a refund has been provided.
We even reached out to EA Support for assistance, but there has been no response. This lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is extremely frustrating.
EA, this is unacceptable. Either the rewards from the starter pack should be delivered immediately, or a full refund should be issued. Please address this problem as soon as possible. Customers deserve reliable service and timely support, especially when payments have been processed successfully.
