Recuva Professional Fails to Recover Files and Ignores Refund Request

On October 24, 2025, I purchased Recuva Professional v1.54.120 from the official website (Cleverbridge reference number: 5191*87**). My purpose was to recover several important Excel files that I had accidentally deleted on my Windows 11 system. Despite carefully following all instructions and trying the software multiple times in different modes, Recuva was unable to find or recover any of these files. Since I did not get any results from the program, I relied on the stated 30-day money-back guarantee. Three days after the purchase, on October 27, 2025, I submitted a refund request via email through the refund section on the official website. However, to this day, I have not received any response.

During this process, I had to uninstall the software from my computer, and because I could not recover my files, I was unable to complete an important work task on time. I received no technical support, and my refund request was completely ignored.

Under the 30-day refund guarantee, I expect the amount I paid to be refunded to me. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
