On October 24, 2025, I purchased Recuva Professional v1.54.120 from the official website (Cleverbridge reference number: 5191*87**). My purpose was to recover several important Excel files that I had accidentally deleted on my Windows 11 system. Despite carefully following all instructions and trying the software multiple times in different modes, Recuva was unable to find or recover any of these files.
