Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum Caused Breakouts After Regular Use

On October 18, I purchased Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum from the brand’s official seller on Trendyol (order number #10605714454). I started using the product regularly; however, on October 22, I began experiencing breakouts on my skin, and the condition gradually worsened. Not only did the product fail to deliver the expected results, but it also caused a negative skin reaction. I have now completely stopped using the product.

I have not previously contacted customer service. Due to the negative effects I experienced on my skin, I am requesting a refund for this product.
