Go Gate Has Not Responded to My Cathay Pacific Flight Date Change Complaint

On 29 May 2026 at 6:32 AM I booked round-trip flights for four passengers through Go Gate with Cathay Pacific on the Tokyo–Hong Kong–Delhi route, departing on Saturday 11 July 2026 and returning on Sunday 16 August 2026. The total amount I paid for this booking was 408,030 JPY. After receiving the tickets, I noticed that the name of one of the passengers was incorrectly written. I immediately contacted Go Gate and requested that they correct the name. Go Gate charged me an additional 8,113 JPY for the name correction, and they issued a new ticket for that passenger with the corrected name. However, without my consent, they also changed this passenger’s return date from 16 August to 18 August 2026. This change of date was never requested or approved by me, and it creates a serious problem for us, especially because I will be traveling with small children and need all passengers to travel together on the originally booked dates. I also contacted Go Gate about this unauthorized change, but so far I have not received any response. I kindly request that Go Gate change this passenger’s return flight back to 16 August 2026, in line with the original booking, without any additional cost to me. I expect this error to be corrected promptly so that all four passengers can travel together as initially planned.
