Flydubai Refuses Cash Refund and Issues Vouchers for Fully Refundable Tickets

I purchased two fully flexible and advertised as fully refundable Flydubai tickets for the Dubai–Istanbul route, both scheduled for 8 March 2026, under the names Bulent Cagan Cobano*** and Selin Manas Cobano***, with booking references DCZM0V and NAF1H1. Both tickets were canceled more than 24 hours before departure. Despite the fact that these tickets were sold as fully flexible and fully refundable, I was only offered vouchers instead of a cash refund, and I was informed that these vouchers are valid for just one year. This is not what was promised at the time of purchase, and it restricts my rights and flexibility compared to the conditions under which I bought the tickets. I request that the full amount for both bookings DCZM0V and NAF1H1 be refunded in cash to the original payment method, in line with the fully flexible and fully refundable conditions that were presented during the sale.
