Casinoviva Deleted My Account and Withheld ₺41,000 Withdrawal

I deposited ₺5,000 on Casinoviva and lost it. I then deposited another ₺5,000 and managed to request a total withdrawal of ₺23,000. However, my request was canceled, and when I contacted customer support, I was informed that at least 3 hours must pass between deposits and withdrawals. I waited and continued playing, building my balance to ₺41,000. I submitted a new withdrawal request and waited the required time, plus an additional 30 minutes as instructed. Despite this, the money never appeared in my account. When I contacted live support again, they claimed it would transfer within 30 minutes, but instead, my withdrawal was canceled, and the ₺41,000 balance was wiped. Afterward, I was blocked from live support, and my account was deleted. I cannot access the site anymore. It’s unacceptable for a platform working with providers like Evo and Pragmatic to behave this way. I will escalate this issue to the providers and demand Casinoviva to restore my account and return my funds immediately.
