On 16/02/2026 at approximately 20:00, I sent ₺10,000 from my VakıfBank account to my 1xBet account, but the money has still not been credited to my balance. I provided all the required documents as proof of the transaction. After that, I was first told to wait 72 hours, then after 72 hours I was told to wait 11 days, and after 11 days I was again told to just keep waiting with no clear time frame or solution. I contacted your customer support via live chat multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue or giving a concrete answer, I keep receiving vague responses and postponements. My ₺10,000 is neither visible in my 1xBet account nor returned to my bank, and this situation is causing me serious concern and loss of trust. I request that my money be refunded to my bank account or immediately credited to my 1xBet account without any further delay. I am ready to provide my 1xBet account details and bank transaction/reference numbers again if needed, and I kindly ask for a clear and final resolution to this issue.
