Casinoviva Deducted €60 Unfairly and Applied Unacceptable Rules
From November 24-26, 2024, my family and I visited Casinoviva. However, we encountered new and unacceptable rules that ruined our experience. While my spouse and I were playing, one of us had to stop using the machine while the other made a transaction at the cashier, which made no sense.
The final issue occurred when my spouse was at the cashier, and they deducted €60 from their card, claiming, "Your spouse earned winnings, so we’re deducting €60." When I questioned this, they said it was a rule unique to this casino. Even after speaking with the main cashier, I was told, "This is the rule, and nothing can be done."
This is an unfair penalty imposed simply because we share the same last name. Both the casino staff and the hotel reception treated us poorly, forcing us to leave early. I will never visit Vuni Hotel Cyprus or its casino again and warn others to avoid this place due to their unreasonable rules and unprofessional behavior.
