I Completed the Bonus Wager on Casinowon but They Refused to Pay My Winnings

I’m filing this complaint on behalf of my spouse and myself regarding a deeply frustrating issue with Casinowon. My wife received a ₺1000 freebet trial bonus, and we fully completed the wagering requirements as outlined. We followed every rule to the letter and rightfully submitted a withdrawal request for the ₺1000 we had won.
However, despite meeting all conditions, Casinowon has not credited the ₺1000 to our account. It’s been days, and there has been no movement on their end. Worse yet, they are now giving vague excuses like “multiple accounts” to avoid making the payment—something we strongly reject, as we have only ever used one account: username: evlilikyolunda35, ID: 275946388.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If a platform offers a bonus and players comply with the terms, the winnings should be honored. I demand the immediate transfer of my rightful ₺1000. Casinowon should stop hiding behind baseless excuses and start treating players with fairness. If this isn’t resolved quickly, I will escalate this issue further.
