Cashback Betting Site Sent My Winnings to Wrong IBAN and Refused to Help

I played a game on the Cashback betting site and won. However, when it came time to receive my winnings, I was informed that the payment was sent to an IBAN that does not belong to me. The name on that account was completely different. The site clearly knows that banks reject payments sent to mismatched names, yet they insisted they had completed the transfer.

When I contacted my bank directly, they confirmed that the money had not been received and had already been returned to the sender. Despite this clear information, Cashback support did nothing. They kept repeating that the payment was made and promised help that never came.

This has caused me unnecessary stress and financial loss. I demand that my full winnings be correctly transferred to my verified bank account. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
