I Can’t Cancel Same-Day Booking on Cartrawler and They Charge Fees

Cartrawler refuses to cancel bookings made on the same day and even charges fees for cancellations. Throughout the rental process, they offer zero help. Their customer service doesn’t answer calls and just tells you to contact the agency. Then they say you must talk to Pegasus, but the agency number isn’t in their system. When I called their headquarters, they wouldn’t provide agency info either. They use the time of booking as an excuse to deny refunds or cancellations on the same day. This is unacceptable. I warn everyone—avoid Cartrawler if you don’t want to be stuck with no support, no refunds, and endless frustration.
