Pegasus Charged Me for a Car Rental but Did Not Confirm or Refund
I rented a car through the Pegasus app, and the payment was successfully processed. However, I never received a confirmation message. When I contacted Pegasus, they claimed no responsibility and directed me to the car rental company’s contact number. Upon calling, I was told there was no reservation under my name since the confirmation never went through.
I was then advised to email the third-party international car rental company, which I did to cancel the reservation. It has now been five days, and I am still waiting for my refund. This lack of accountability from Pegasus is extremely frustrating. I demand an immediate resolution and a full refund of my payment. Customers should not be left in such a situation without proper support.
