Waiting 8 Months for Cartier Watch Repair with No Updates
On October 8, 2023, I sent my Cartier watch to their store for repairs, expecting a professional experience. Now, it’s been a full eight months, and I still haven’t received my watch back. Each time I call, I struggle to get any clear or helpful information, and the staff seem indifferent, even responding with “as you wish” when I mentioned seeking legal action. I’ve now involved my lawyer as I’m completely frustrated and losing hope. I no longer have any trust in Cartier's service or reliability. I demand Cartier provide a transparent update on my watch’s status and resolve this issue promptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable for such a renowned brand.
