Refund Delay for Cartier American Tank Watch Return – No Response Since June
On May 23, 2024, I purchased a Cartier American Tank watch in Nice, France. I returned the item via registered Deutsche Post on June 14, 2024, with customs approval in Stuttgart, Germany. Cartier confirmed receipt of my return documents, and I was told that my refund would be processed within 7 business days upon receipt. However, today is August 8, 2024, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve tried calling Cartier multiple times, but no one answers, and I’ve been left without any update. It’s frustrating to be ignored despite following all instructions and waiting so long. I urgently request Cartier to process my refund and provide an explanation for this delay.
