I recently purchased two pairs of Cartier sunglasses, complete with invoices and transactions processed, expecting a smooth experience. Just as they were about to be gift-wrapped, we were informed that there were no boxes available for the sunglasses. After nearly an hour of waiting, we found out that the boxes meant for our items had been given to someone else, both of them. Frustrated, we canceled the purchase. Despite our long wait and the clear oversight on their part, not a single manager or responsible employee came to apologize or address the issue. It was disheartening to see such indifference from a luxury brand like Cartier. The sales associate simply remarked, “How could this happen?” A disappointing experience overall. Cartier, please address this lack of accountability and customer care.
