Cartier Ballon Bleu Watch Glass Cracked Twice Without Impact

I purchased a Cartier Ballon Bleu watch from the Istinye store on August 26, 2023. The very next morning, I noticed a large crack on the glass. I immediately went to the store to report the issue, but they initially implied it was due to impact and told me I would need to pay for a glass replacement. I explained the situation and contacted the main office, emphasizing that there was absolutely no impact. Eventually, they agreed to replace the glass free of charge, but the process took nearly two months. After receiving the watch back, I used it for a while, but yesterday morning I discovered another crack on the glass—again without any impact. I am shocked and frustrated. How can a watch this expensive have glass that cracks so easily without any external damage? I demand a proper resolution for this ongoing issue.
