Damaged Cartier La Panthère Perfume Purchased at Italy Airport

On March 14, 2024, I purchased a Cartier La Panthère perfume (barcode 3432240506665) from the Duty Free store at Italy Airport, cashier ID 100101084. Upon arriving in Turkey, I noticed the cap was broken, causing the perfume to leak and leaving only a small amount in the bottle. When I removed the packaging, the perfume spilled everywhere, despite being unused and still labeled. The purchase cost was €117, and the receipt number is P. Iva 04484650157. Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, I am entitled to a refund or exchange due to the product's condition. I urgently request a prompt resolution to either issue a refund or a replacement. Photos of the damaged product are attached. If this matter is not addressed, I will pursue legal action against the store. Please respond at the earliest opportunity.
