Carrefour Has Not Deposited The Online Return Fee For 1 Week
Hello. Due to the wrong products I placed in my order number 153068867 at Carrefour dated 11.12.2023, I canceled my order one day later, on 12.12.2023. Normally it does not take this long for the refund fee to arrive, but it has been exactly 1 week and the fee has still not been refunded. Actually, the problem is not the fee. I just want to receive either an SMS or an e-mail indicating that the process has been started, the payment has been processed, the payment has been made, or when I log into my account, I can see what the status of the refund process is. I can't see what stage it is anywhere and even though a week has passed, there has been no refund. I think this upsets the customer.
