Caribou Coffee Denied Packaging for Platinum Promotion Drink

I wanted to get the small drink provided by Turkcell Platinum through their deal with Caribou Coffee this month. But I also needed it to be packaged as I had to go. I asked if packaging was possible. The employee said they couldn't package single items. However, she suggested, "We can close the lid if you want." I agreed. She prepared the item and almost threw it at me, failing to close the lid properly. I purchased the item from Caribou at the high-speed train station and was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. Frankly, why shouldn't I benefit from the Platinum service after all?
