Carrefour Charged Me More Than Shelf Price and Refused Refund

On 08.09.2024 at 19:08, I purchased a bottle of white wine from the Carrefour Mersin Kuzeykent store. Although the product’s shelf price was listed as ₺330, I was charged ₺360.50 at the checkout. When I objected to this and attempted to take a photo of the price tag, a person named Ö**** Y****, who introduced himself as the store owner, responded rudely and accusingly by saying, “How do I know you didn’t change it yourself,” and told me he would not refund my money. This attitude made me very uncomfortable. I have experienced similar shelf price issues before, but in large stores, refunds are usually processed immediately, and this is the first time I have encountered such behavior. I made the purchase by credit card (receipt no: 0156, authorization no: 564845). I am requesting both a refund of the excess amount I paid and that action be taken against the staff member due to his negative attitude, as well as a formal apology from Carrefour.
