CarCover's Lost Package Policy Not HELPING!!
My last order got lost on its way to me, directly wrote to you and one of your reps told me about the silly policy you have there…you’re saying you're not responsible for everything that happens after the package is delivered, but it bothers me when packages go missing after being left at the door. I couldn't find it at my house. They sent a picture that said it was at the door, but I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. It could have gone to the wrong address. For whatever reason, when I told you about it, I got the response "sorry, not our fault." You're kind to offer to talk to the carrier, but shouldn't you be able to do more to help me find it?
