I Face No Refund After Canceling My CapCut Premium Subscription on Android

In September 14, I purchased an annual subscription for CapCut through the Android app and paid ₺1,199. However, within a week, I canceled my subscription. Although the Google Play Subscriptions section shows that the subscription has been successfully canceled, I can still access Premium features inside the CapCut app, and no refund has been issued.
I tried contacting CapCut customer support for help, but I couldn’t reach anyone. Only the initial ₺1,199 payment was charged — no additional payments have been made.
Even though I canceled my subscription within the valid time frame, I still haven’t received my refund. I request that the ₺1,199 payment be refunded as soon as possible and that my subscription cancellation be confirmed by both CapCut and Google Play.
