I signed up for the CapCut Pro subscription on the App Store to use the one-week free trial. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel it before the trial ended, and just about 24 minutes ago, my bank card was automatically charged 1,000 TL. As soon as I noticed, I immediately canceled my subscription.
This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this, and I want to make it clear that I never intended to continue with the paid plan. I am a student, and this amount may seem small to your company, but it is a huge burden for me and my family. I had saved this money with great effort, and losing it like this is devastating.
I respectfully request a full refund of the 1,000 TL charged to my account. I hope CapCut and App Store support teams will take this situation seriously and show understanding toward students and users who cannot afford such unexpected charges.
