Apple Store Billed Me for CapCut Premium After Free Trial Cancellation
On October 6, 2025, I activated the free trial of the CapCut app on the iOS platform. I only agreed to start the free trial; however, after the trial period ended, ₺999.99 was charged to my account. I had canceled my subscription before the trial period expired, yet the payment was still processed, and I currently do not have access to any premium features.
I tried contacting CapCut and Apple Support, but I couldn’t find any reachable contact number or email address. My CapCut account is registered under p*@gmail.com**.
I request a full refund of the ₺999.99 charge that was taken without authorization and expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Additionally, I ask that CapCut and Apple ensure such billing errors do not happen again to other users.
