CapCut Unauthorized 999₺ Charge on Samsung Galaxy A54 – Refund Request
On September 29, 2025, at 05:54, an amount of 999₺ was withdrawn from my account through the CapCut app installed on my Samsung Galaxy A54 smartphone. I did not authorize or approve any purchase, nor did I subscribe to CapCut Pro membership.
The payment was taken from my Yapı Kredi bank account, and I only noticed the charge through an SMS notification. No reference number or official receipt was provided for this transaction.
This payment was made entirely without my knowledge or consent, and it is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I have not yet contacted CapCut customer support, but I expect an urgent solution.
I am formally requesting a full refund of 999₺ that was wrongly charged to my account.
