Unauthorized Payment on CapCut Android
On October 1, 2025, at 17:22, an amount of 999.99₺ was withdrawn from my account via the CapCut Android app without my permission or approval. This was a one-time charge and did not occur under any active subscription. The Google account linked to this transaction is: m********@gmail.com**.
I did not receive any invoice, order number, or purchase confirmation related to this charge, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue. So far, I have not contacted CapCut customer service, but I expect immediate assistance.
Since this transaction was carried out without my authorization, I am requesting a full refund of 999.99₺. I kindly ask for this matter to be resolved urgently.
