Unexpected Canva Subscription Authorization During Free Trial
On March 30, I started a 30-day free trial on Canva. I proceeded because it was clearly presented as a free trial, but immediately afterward, I noticed a $1 monthly subscription authorization (pending charge) on my credit card. I was not given any prior notice about this, and it appeared as if a charge had been applied on the very first day of the trial.
Even though there are no other charges or transactions, the fact that this $1 authorization appeared is concerning, and I am requesting that it be canceled. I do not think it is appropriate for a charge authorization to be placed on my card for a service I believed to be part of a free trial.
I do not want to cancel my Canva account, but I request that this $1 authorization be removed and that no charges be applied to my card.
