How to Resolve “Payment Could Not Be Processed” Error in Adobe

Since October 3, 2025, I’ve been trying to start the free trial of Adobe Illustrator, but at the payment step, I constantly receive the same error message:
“Your payment could not be processed. Please check your payment details. If the problem persists, try another payment method or contact your bank.”
I’ve tried multiple cards, including a Garanti Mastercard credit card, Kuveyt Türk credit card, Yapı Kredi Visa card, debit card, and even a virtual card, but none of them worked. I contacted all of my banks, and they confirmed that there are no issues with my cards.
I also reached out to Adobe customer service, but I was simply redirected to the payment page again, and the issue still persists. I’ve never used a free trial before with this Adobe account or any other account. My registered account is b******@hotmail.com**, and I’m trying to activate the trial on my MacBook Air M2.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be given the necessary support to activate the free trial I’ve been trying to start.
