I Can't Cancel My Canva Subscription Because Google Play Shows None Exists

On the Canva app I installed on my Android phone, I've been charged a subscription fee of $7 per month for about 2 months now, totaling $15. However, when I check through my Google Play account, no active subscription appears at all.
When I tap the "cancel subscription" option within the app, it redirects me to Google Play, but no subscription shows up there either, so I'm unable to complete the cancellation process. Despite this, my card continues to be charged regularly.
I reached out to Canva in writing, but I haven't received any response so far. I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately, that the total of $15 charged unfairly be refunded to me, and that a clear explanation be provided regarding this issue.
