FaceApp Charging Me but Subscription Not Showing in Google Play

About a month ago, I switched to a new phone because my old one stopped working. I had an active FaceApp subscription on my old device. However, after moving to the new phone and signing in with the same Google account, my subscription does not appear in the app.
Tonight, I noticed that approximately $5 was automatically charged to my card. When I checked the Subscriptions section in Google Play, the FaceApp subscription does not appear there either, so I have no way to cancel it. Since my old phone is completely unusable, I also cannot log out or manage the subscription from that device.
Even though my FaceApp subscription is still active and I am being charged, I cannot see the subscription in either the app or my Google Play subscriptions. I request that my subscription be located and canceled immediately, and that my refund request for the most recent unauthorized charge be reviewed.
