I have been a Canva member for 1.5 years, but my subscription was inactive for some time as I hadn’t made a payment. Recently, I saw a discounted offer for ₺50 and decided to reactivate my membership. However, since then, every exported file has noticeably lower quality compared to before. It’s clear that Canva is deliberately reducing output quality, likely as a cost-cutting measure.

For the past month, I’ve been frustrated with this unjustified drop in quality, and I now plan to cancel my subscription at the end of this billing cycle. It feels like Canva assumes Turkish users won’t complain and can be taken advantage of. I demand an explanation and a fix for this downgrade!
