Canva Charged Me for a CV Template but No Subscription Appears

I am a job seeker from Papua New Guinea and today, about one hour ago, I paid by debit card on Canva for a “14 days CV template” in order to obtain a K4 CV sample. After the payment, the subscription did not appear in my account subscription page and I did not receive any receipt or confirmation from Canva. I checked my account, including the subscriptions section, and I still cannot find any active subscription related to this purchase, nor any invoice or payment confirmation. I also did not receive any order number or transaction reference from Canva for this payment. Since I cannot see the subscription I paid for and I have received no receipt or proof of purchase, I kindly request a full refund of the amount charged for the 14 days CV template, or another clear solution that returns my money.
