Paid $1 for a CV, Then Got Hit With an Unauthorized $29 Charge By cvhazirlama.cool

I created a résumé through a CV preparation website and initially paid $1 for the service. Later that same day, without any approval from me and without receiving any bank verification message, I discovered that $29 had been withdrawn from my card. Since the company is based abroad, I contacted their customer service via email. They told me they would issue a refund within 7 days. During that time, I checked my accounts constantly, but no refund ever arrived. I called my bank, and they confirmed that no refund had been received.

I then requested a receipt or proof of the refund from the company, and they sent me a meaningless image, claiming, “We processed the refund, contact your bank.” They absolutely did not return my money. I will continue to pursue this matter.
