Canon Customer Service Call Disconnects After 15 Minutes, No Support Given
Canon’s customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried calling multiple times, and after waiting for 15 minutes, the call automatically disconnects. Why make customers wait if the call is just going to be cut off? This has happened to me twice, and it feels like no one is actually available to help. It’s ridiculous to think that an entire company’s support could be managed by just one person. Canon needs to seriously improve its customer service process. If they can’t provide proper support, they shouldn’t leave customers waiting for nothing. I’m disappointed and expect better from a company like Canon.
