I urgently need support from Canon, but reaching their customer service team is impossible. The company provides a single phone number, which rings and then disconnects after a recorded message. Even during lunch hours, the system informs callers that no service is available, but if they can program that response, why can’t they be transparent and state, “We do not take calls”?
As a customer, I feel completely abandoned and denied my right to service. Who can I turn to for help or to file a formal complaint?
