CamSurf removed features I paid for — how can I restore my premium access?

If CamSurf took away paid features that you had access to, first make sure that your purchase still shows as "active" in the app store or on your account subscription page.

If it doesn't, go to the app's settings (on iOS or Android) and log in with the same account you used to pay. This should bring back in-app payments.

If that fails, collect proof (receipts, transaction IDs, email) and send a support ticket via Xolvie explaining your situation.
