Camsurf Charged Me Twice for Plus Membership Without My Consent
On August 16, I purchased a Camsurf Plus membership and paid ₺139 for it. However, just two days later, on August 18, I received a message from my Ziraat Bank account stating that another ₺139 had been charged by Camsurf without my consent or any action on my part. This unauthorized charge is unacceptable and has left me frustrated and concerned about the platform’s payment practices. I demand an immediate refund for the second charge and an explanation for how this happened. Camsurf must ensure this does not happen to other users and review their payment system. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and restore my trust in your service.
