I Ordered Discounted Camper Shoes, Then Camper Canceled Without My Approval

I placed order #1229617 through Camper’s official online store and was excited to finally purchase a pair of shoes I’d had my eye on—especially since they were discounted. But five days later, I received a shocking email saying, “Your product cancellation request has been received.” The issue? I never requested any cancellation.

Even worse, the same shoes are still being displayed as in stock and available for purchase on the website. How can Camper justify listing products for sale that they allegedly don’t have in stock? That’s misleading and, frankly, unacceptable for a brand I’ve trusted for years.

When I called customer service, I was met with vague, prewritten responses that made it clear they were aware of the issue but chose not to acknowledge it transparently. This isn't just a customer service failure—it’s false advertising and deceitful sales practice.

If Camper doesn’t resolve this and provide me with the items I rightfully ordered and paid for, I will take this matter to the Ministry of Trade and any other official authority required. This is not how a reputable brand should treat loyal customers. I expect an immediate explanation and resolution.
