I Hear Loud Tapping Noise While Walking in My Camper Norman Leather Shoes
I purchased a pair of black leather Camper Norman shoes from your Bağdat Caddesi store in September 2024. I’ve always loved Camper shoes—I've been a loyal fan for over 20 years and have consistently worn your products with satisfaction. However, I’ve been facing a frustrating issue with this pair for the last two months: every time I walk, the shoes make a noticeable “tap tap” sound with each step.
Visually, the shoes appear to be in perfect condition—there are no visible defects or wear that would explain the sound. But the noise has become persistent and very annoying, especially in quiet environments. It’s disappointing to experience this with a premium shoe brand I’ve trusted for decades.
I would appreciate it if Camper could investigate this issue or provide guidance on a solution. Whether it's a manufacturing defect or a structural flaw, I believe a brand like Camper should stand behind its product quality. Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I look forward to your feedback.
