I Face Intense Pain from My Nike Air Max SC Shoe and Suspect a Manufacturing Defect
On March 24, 2025, I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max SC sneakers. Since receiving them, I’ve worn the shoes intermittently, but from day one, I’ve experienced a sharp, localized pain on the outer side of my right foot every time I put them on. The pain is so intense that it becomes difficult to stand, let alone walk comfortably.
At first, I thought it might be temporary discomfort, but the issue has persisted every single time I wear the shoes. It’s clear to me that something is wrong with the design, structure, or internal build of the right shoe. I’ve never experienced this kind of pain from any other Nike shoe before, and I believe this is a product defect that must be addressed.
For a product that cost me ₺, I expect both quality and safety — not something that causes physical pain and limits my mobility. I’m reaching out to Nike Turkey to request urgent support, a thorough inspection, and either a replacement or refund.
No one should have to risk their health over footwear from a globally trusted brand. Please resolve this issue promptly.
