On September 10, I purchased a yearly one-on-one lesson package from Cambly for my daughter, paying ₺34,548 in total. Unfortunately, tutors kept canceling the lessons, and we were only able to complete one single session. Because of this poor service, I submitted a cancellation request on September 19, and by September 23, my subscription was officially terminated.
During cancellation, Cambly’s support team told me that they would deduct only the first month’s fee and refund the rest. However, even though we canceled within just 10 days and barely used the service, Cambly withheld ₺7,099 and refunded only the remaining balance. As a customer, I should not have to pay for a service that was never delivered.
I am requesting a full refund of the ₺34,548 payment. My order number is 68c1c1680c3d6aeed0e810c0, and I am filing this complaint from Edirne.
