Calvin Klein Shoes Show Defects After Minimal Use

I ordered Calvin Klein shoes online (order no. 1029047404), and after just the first wear, I noticed discoloration caused by foot sweat. I immediately sent them in for inspection under form number ST-11277053-Z3Z2. The company’s response was a generic explanation that the shoes passed their standard quality checks. After wearing the shoes about 3-4 more times, the inner heel areas and fabric around the rubber connection points began to tear. I sent them back for another inspection (form number ST-11427636-X2H7), only to receive the same standard response.
After getting them back, I wore them a couple more times, and now the right shoe has started splitting from the sole. I sent them in for a third time (form number ST-11674738-F2T1), and the explanation I received blamed the issues on excessive friction and improper use. They also mentioned that the tongue had collapsed and the inner lining was torn due to use without untying the laces, which I find hard to believe. Despite these clear defects, the company refuses to acknowledge any fault. I've attached images to show the issues.
