Calvin Klein Refused to Replace My Shoes That Tore in Just 3 Months of Use

The pair of Calvin Klein shoes I bought in September became torn within just 3 months. When I started the examination process through the store, I received negative responses twice—they claimed it was the user's fault. But how can a pair of shoes tear in just 3 months? I only used them for normal daily activities and took good care of them. It’s disappointing to see such a well-known brand avoid responsibility. I didn’t expect this from a brand like Calvin Klein.
