Skechers Refused to Replace My Shoes That Wore Out in Less Than Two Months

I bought a pair of Skechers shoes after seeing some recommendations, but they began to fall apart within just two months of use. I noticed considerable wear on the heel lining, leading me to doubt the quality of the materials utilised. When I returned the shoes for a refund or exchange, the brand refused to take responsibility and insisted it was my fault. It's difficult for me to grasp how such significant wear could occur in such a brief time frame. Shouldn't I be wearing the shoes? How is it possible for them to decline so significantly in just two months? I would be grateful if someone could offer a clear explanation. A reliable brand ought to support its products, and this experience has truly disappointed me.
I will take these shoes to Consumer Rights and publish the result here so that everyone can see how we were able to claim our rights and that your service is zero. Let everyone see what kind of service they are buying when shopping from you. This was my first and last purchase. Thank you, I have no hope from you.
I feel like I've shopped at a zero-customer-satisfaction market, thank you Skechers.
