Brand-New Calvin Klein Sneaker Developed A Stitching Issue
On June 27, 2023, I purchased a Calvin Klein sneaker from the Boyner store at Mall Of Istanbul. Despite wearing it regularly, just four months in, the shoe developed a stitching issue on the side. I took it back to Mall Of Istanbul Boyner, and they assured me they would send it for inspection, a process they claimed would take 7-15 days. When I inquired about SMS notifications, they assured me I would receive one, but after 15 days, no messages arrived. Upon calling, I was told the status was still pending. After 21 days, having received no SMS, I called again, only to be informed that the inspection yielded negative results. When I asked for the reason, I was told to check the paper inside the shoe at the time of purchase. To my dismay, it stated, "The product has deformations caused by external factors." This outcome is disheartening, as it implies the issue is not covered by warranty. I am a regular shopper at Boyner, and this unexpected result has left me and my acquaintances bewildered. I have attached photos of my shoes and the response letter for your reference. It's disconcerting! My shoes are practically new, and it shouldn't be this difficult to address a production-related problem. I urgently request a swift resolution to this issue and anticipate the prompt resolution of my grievance.
